Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang released the "2025 Zhejiang Zero-Carbon (Near Zero-Carbon) Factory Cultivation and Construction List." To further leverage the leading role of green and low-carbon benchmarks, encourage green (low-carbon) factories to explore deeper energy-saving and carbon reduction potential, and comprehensively promote the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing, Zhejiang Province has implemented the "Zhejiang Province Zero-Carbon (Near Zero-Carbon) Factory Cultivation and Construction Plan (2025–2027)" this year. The plan aims to cultivate and develop a batch of zero-carbon (near zero-carbon) factories within two to three years, forming reproducible and expandable models and experiences.
